On the website shipping it said Ontario, on paypal my shipping address says ON ( for ontario )

After contacting paypal. They have informed my why my address is unconfirmed. I would like to request a refund if you have not shipped this item to me. If it is shipped and on its way that is fine. Otherwise I need a refund as soon as possible.
