Whar a waste of time I have tried contacting no reply Ime going to trading standards tomorrow they can have there site and any sites directly linked temporarily shut down if they think there is a serious issue which there clearly is. I will also be contacting PayPal to deal with this as I now want a refund very poor company hardly ever reply and when they do they try and blame customs. I have contacted customs and nothing has been entered into the system with my name on it. This is the last chance to sort it this issue. @coilmaster
