I had placed an order with you guys on January 16th. I did receive an email on the 17th that the item is being packaged. I now see it says.my order has been cancelled. Order number is #10839

    If i look off my phone on the status page it indicates the order is cancelled. If i go on my PC it indicates the order is shipped.
