17Track gives me an alert!!!

 


What's wrong with my delivery? Order Number #8523

  • If you check the box behinde "translate" in 17track and it shows something like this:

    "Shenzhen, left the treatment center, sent to Shenzhen postal courier logistics company silver Center Sales Office"

    You should have the same problem as all the other customers in the "My order is returned to sender" thread.

    Found my problem the same way too.

    Order #8523 have been returned to us because fail to pass the security check of the customs.

    Do you prefer to ship the order again or get a refund?

    I'm surprised by the amount of returns happeneing here!

    I got the same "Return to sender" alert about 8 days ago, contacted support & stil haven't received any feedback till now.
