Since you applied the paypal disputation, funds were frozen. There's no option for refundment ,so I can not give you a refund now. The only way we can deal with it is that you cancel the disputation first. Refund can be finished after that.

You'll be waiting forever. I put in a PayPal claim about 10 days ago after being lied to and stonewalled by CM. I won my claim today.
