Taking your money with no product?

I made an order January30th and still have not recieved a tracking number. When making the purchase it said it would only take 1-2 days handling then I would receive a tracking number. If coil master ran out of product or are having issue's with peoples orders you should notify your customer's of the problems rather than leaving us blind. How can you expect anyone to keep buying from you if you cannot even provide us information and neglect to reply to your e-mails? What's going on here
