Rich WastellIm all sorted now thanks, i got my refund through. It sounds like the postage companies in china caused all the problems which is a real shame. I got the kit from a UK store and it is an excellent product. Thanks

I received a broken 521. Order #6332. I sent 2 emails to support and haven't gotten any replies. Could you please look into it? Currently I have a $40 brick. I know you're having trouble keeping up with demand. That doesn't bother me. But at least some sort of acknowledgement would be nice before I'm forced to take it to the next level.
